I absolutely LOVED this practice Pamela. Your warm invitation from the start to stand/sit/visualise helped do what was best for me. The scanning through the body facilitated a deeper embodiment. The joy to take a break from my head into the body. The joy continued as the words came to me ‘The knee bones connected to the hip bones. The hip bones connected to the thigh bones etc etc. This brought a smile. Oh the joy to smile. A precious break from the gunk.

I appreciated the reminder of the chakras, especially the area where the spine meets the brain stem I think it was. Either way I was able to visualise this with fascination. I can’t recall all the invitations but I was almost dancing by the end shaking gunk off and drinking in revived energy into my bones, cells and marrow. At the end you mentioned delicious. This made me think of a knicker Bocker Glory, the name in the UK for a big icecream sundae which I love. I felt like I’d had one doing this practice. And yours had no calories or guilt attached. Thank you so much for this sweet delightful sundae (it's Sunday). What a start to my week 🍦💪

Hi Lisa! I’m so excited to read this note from you. I want to point out that I didn’t use the word joy at all (not that I recall anyway…) so that was entirely you! The feeling that was there waiting for you to let it out. That’s really good information to have. All you need to do is thump your heels and it’s yours for the having. So much easier and healthier than a Knicker Bocker Glory, although there’s a time and place for that too. Thanks so much for sharing. Your smile was contagious and now I’m smiling. Happy sundae, my friend! xox

Thank you Pamela for this practice. I sure did have lots of junk to shake off the past week! This was helpful to me and a reminder to do this more often.

You’re welcome Karen! Yes, so much junk going around. It feels really good to let it go. :)
