With You in the calling bullshit, committing & trusting.
Especially inspired & delighted by these words, “… it’s the dream I’ve been given and am consistently pointed towards. My own personal Shire, land of the Hobbits, second breakfasts and lazing about in the sunshine drinking tea.”
omg thank you for saying all of this out loud. My self care is TOTALLY a part time job! And my intuition has never steered me wrong, despite all the believing-otherwise I like to do. 💜
Thanks for commenting Autumn. :) Isn’t it funny that in our culture we need to stake out a claim for “self-care”- the ordinary, universal needs we all have for eating real food, resting, moving our bodies, tending to our emotions, expressing our creativity. As if these are somehow separate from real life, which is currently reduced to work, recovering from a long day or work, getting ready for more work and the coping mechanisms/addictions that help us to deal with such unsustainable lifestyles that have become the norm. Welcome to the fringe, my friend!
Love this, Pamela 💛

Thanks Meg! Funny to see proof that I admitted I’d enjoy a hobbit’s life in public. 😆🫣
