Happy New Year! I’m wishing you all the very best things for 2024.

Many of us are returning to our routines this week. I recorded this 16 minute meditation to support your transition. It begins with a simple nervous system regulation (I’m working on an article about why this is essential. Stay tuned!) and explores saturating the body with energies from the earth (yin) and the sun (yang).

Sometimes it can feel like life is just happening to us at random. If we take some time to drop into the body and connect with the energies of nature, we have greater capacity to manage whatever comes our way with some degree of co-creation.

I hope this is helpful! I’m digesting all of the practices I’ve studied over the years and synergizing (not a word, but you know what I mean!) them for maximum impact. This is a blend of trauma therapy and yogini meditation from Chameli Ardaugh at Awakening Women. <3 Check out their 3 day course of embodiment practices
for you to feel more connected and resourced in your life
