Welcome Reiki Friends!

This community has been a long time coming. The concept has been simmering on the back burner of my mind for years and recently it emerged, fully-formed, while I was walking in the woods.

I will be projecting my words towards those who have access to the healing energies of Reiki via an attunement from a Reiki Master Teacher. And… everyone is welcome here- just know that without an initiation, these practices won’t be of much use to you other than to perhaps nudge you to sign up for a class.

It matters not if you haven’t used your superpowers in decades, dabble a bit on the side, if you give yourself self-treatments daily or never, or if you’re a devoted practitioner. Reiki is always available to you once you’ve been connected and it’s always easier to travel in a pack.

Many people tell me that it’s difficult to integrate a self-care routine into their busy lives, no matter how excited and ambitious they were during class. I get it. This world does not promote self-empowerment or self-care. Which is why I’ve taken up the mantle. Reiki Guide and Cheerleader. :)

This is a place for you to connect with other people engaged in the revolutionary act of directing effort towards that which they’d like to create. It’s an opportunity to submit questions as my posts will be following a Q&A format. It’s a chance to share your ups and downs and be witnessed along the way.

Paid subscribers will receive bi-weekly audio guided practices. I’ll offer a series of cues and you can follow along. Or not! After all, this is a highly subjective art and my goal is to inspire you to do your own thing by sharing my thing.
