Substack sends me a little message every week celebrating my consistent efforts of publication. It’s the only thing that has me motivated to post today- I don’t want to break the streak. I committed to a year and I’m nearly there.
But there’s so much noise on the internet right now. I’m not keen on adding to it. Everyone has an opinion and an analyses of recent events and there’s a lot of emotional energy being flung around.
It’s likely that you’re a sensitive person if you read my blog. Which means it’s likely you’re being affected by the collective dysregulation that has gone viral.
I’ve spent the majority of the past 46 weeks discussing the hows and whys of self-regulation, empowerment, grounding, centering, and caring for ourselves. Never has this work been more important.
I’m not going to repackage it all this week because I’m busy doing it. You can visit the archives if you need a refresher.
Instead, I am reasonably certain this video will make you laugh in less than 4 minutes. Laughter might not be the best medicine (Reiki gets my vote!), but it’s pretty darn effective, cost-free, and the only risks are spitting out your coffee onto the screen. Heehaw 😜
Yep I laughed. As an added bonus she sounded just like my Grandmother. A laugh and some nice memories. Thanks!
